Promotion

The opening promotion period is now over.

Subscription

ITB offers two subscription periods: 6 months and 12 months.

A 6 months subscription period will expire on the day immediately before the 6 months “anniversary” of the start of the 6 months subscription period. For example, if the 6 months subscription period starts on 10 August 2019, the 6 months subscription period will expire on 9 February 2020. A 6 months subscription includes a minimum of 21 new weekly video podcasts (which are released on Fridays), plus full access to our archive of previous video podcasts (from the start of ITB in 2018).

A 12 months subscription period will expire on the day immediately before the 12 months anniversary of the start of the 12 months subscription period. For example, if the 12 months subscription period starts on 10 August 2019, the 12 months subscription period will expire on 9 August 2020. A 12 months subscription includes a minimum of 42 new weekly video podcasts (which are released on Fridays), plus full access to our archive of previous video podcasts (from the start of ITB in 2018).

All subscriptions also include full access to our archive of all previous video podcasts, from the start of ITB in 2018.

Individual subscription (i.e., only one user) rate:
Standard prices for subscriptions:
• 6 months: US$1,100
• 12 months: US$2,000
All prices are exclusive of indirect tax. Thus, if indirect tax applies to the subscription in your jurisdiction, it will be added to the invoice.

Subscription plans for enterprise (i.e., two or more users at the same enterprise), student, and young professional are also available. Please contact us for more information.

For individual subscription, payment must be made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB only). For enterprise subscription, payment must be made via bank transfer.

You can reset your password on the “My Account” page. If you wish to change your name, email, jurisdiction, and credit card payment method, please contact us.

If payment is made online, your statement will have the reference “International Insights Pte Ltd”.

Yes. We will remind you via email two (2) months before your subscription is due to expire.

You can cancel your subscription effective at the end of the subscription period. You will need to notify us of your cancellation via email (see below) no less than thirty (30) days before the end of the subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-year subscription within the subscription period. To cancel, please email us at billing@internationaltaxbytes.com. To see when your account will close, click “Billing details” on the “My Account” page.

Security

Our credit card payments are handled by a third party payment gateway, Stripe, which should ensure that your online payment is secure. When you enter your credit card details, a secure link is set up between your browser and Stripe. If you would like more information, please visit http://www.stripe.com.

We do not store your full credit card information. The last 4 digits are retained for our reference only.

Yes. Your online access is based on your email and password and thus you can access our video podcasts from different computers or mobile devices. However, the system will permit only one login at one time and also a one-time password is required for access.

ITB App

Yes. It’s free to download the ITB app. You can watch some of the sample videos on the app. However, in order to view the latest videos, you will need to subscribe our service. For more information on subscription, please click here.

Click the “LOGIN” button at the top right corner of the app. Input your email account and password. An access code will then be sent to your email address and you will need to enter the access code in 2 minutes in order to log in.

Click the middle icon “Download Video” under each week’s video. The video will be automatically downloaded to your device. You can find all the downloaded videos in the “Downloads” tab at the bottom of the app.

On each week’s video, there is a bookmark function to put your selected videos to the “My List” tab. You can also personal notes to these selected videos.

No, you can download the videos and watch them offline.

Yes. If you watched the video offline (at least 80% of the total video length), the certificate of attendance will be available when you log in again by clicking the “Download Certificate” button.

ITB Website

Yes, there are 12 free sample videos (published in September-November 2018) available under the “Example Videos” section on the homepage.

After watching at least 80% of the total video minutes, you can click the “Download Certificate” button to download the certificate.

Yes, you can find the search engine under the “Library” page. Any videos with the related keyword will be shown.

On each week’s video, there is a bookmark function to put your selected videos to the “My List” page. You can also personal notes to these selected videos.
